Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day refund window on all course purchases, subject to the conditions below.

1. Eligibility for Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • The refund request is made within 7 days of the purchase date.
  • You have watched less than 20% of the course content.
  • The course content is significantly different from what was described.
  • The course has technical issues that prevent playback and we are unable to resolve them.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • More than 7 days have passed since the purchase.
  • You have consumed more than 20% of the course content.
  • The request is based on a change of mind or personal preference.
  • The course was purchased during a sale or at a discounted price (unless defective).

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please contact us with the following details:

  • Your registered email address
  • Course name and date of purchase
  • Razorpay payment ID (visible in your email receipt)
  • Reason for the refund request

4. Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
