At BazaarX Classifieds, we respect your privacy and provide a clear, transparent process for deleting your user account and all personal data associated with it. In accordance with Google Play's Account Deletion Policy, users can request the permanent removal of their account and associated data at any time, directly through this web page or via email, without needing to reinstall the mobile application.

Data Deletion Scope

✖ Data That Will Be Deleted

User Profile Information: Full name, registered email address, mobile phone number, city, locality, profile avatar, and bio.
Classified Listings: All posted advertisements, product titles, descriptions, pricing, and uploaded listing images stored on our servers.
Communications & Activity: Buyer-seller in-app chat histories, offers, seller reviews, wishlists/saved items, and interaction reports.
Device Tokens: Push notification tokens (Firebase Cloud Messaging) and authentication tokens.

ⓘ Data That May Be Retained & Retention Period

Payment & Financial Transactions: Transaction identifiers, order timestamps, and plan purchase records may be retained for up to 180 days to comply with financial accounting laws, anti-fraud regulations, and dispute resolutions. (We never store UPI PINs or banking credentials).
Server & Security Logs: Basic access logs may be retained for up to 90 days for cybersecurity analysis, DDoS mitigation, and spam abuse prevention.

Alternative Methods to Request Deletion

In-App Deletion: Open the BazaarX Classifieds App > Go to Profile / Settings > Select Delete Account > Confirm deletion.
Direct Email Request: Send an email to kusratsingh@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete BazaarX Account" from your registered email address or mentioning your registered phone number.

Processing Timeline & SLA

All account deletion requests submitted via this web portal or via email are processed within 7 business days. Once verified, the account and all associated data listed above are permanently and irreversibly purged from our active databases and file storage.
